    Customized Training in a Family-Friendly Space
    Our personal training sessions are designed for 1-on-1 or small group training (up to 3 people). Whether you're looking to build strength, improve endurance, or move better in everyday life, we create a plan just for you. Parents are welcome to bring their kids—our vibrant Kids Corner keeps them happily engaged while you focus on your workout.

  • Youth Basketball Training

    1-on-1 and Small Group Sessions (up to 3 athletes)
    Our 1-on-1 and small group basketball training sessions (up to three athletes) are designed to build confidence, improve fundamentals, and elevate game performance. Whether your athlete is just starting out or preparing for their next season, each session is tailored to focus on shooting, ball handling, defense, footwork, and overall basketball IQ. Training is open to boys and girls of all ages and skill levels.

  • Basketball Clinics & Camps

    Our basketball clinics and seasonal camps provide a high-energy environment where players can improve their skills and enjoy the game in a fun, team-oriented setting. Clinics are held monthly at Gym X and are centered around specific skills like shooting, passing, or defensive techniques. Camps take place during summer, winter, and spring breaks and offer an exciting mix of drills, scrimmages, contests, and team-building activities. We are proud to partner with US Sports Camps and local schools to offer bigger camps for youth athletes in the Bend area.

  • Kids Fitness & movement (ages 3-6)

    Fun-Focused Classes to Build Strength, Balance & Coordination
    Our kids movement classes are designed to introduce young children to physical activity through imaginative play, obstacle courses, relay races, and more. These classes help build gross motor skills and body awareness in a safe, energetic setting.

  • Little Ballers (ages 3-6)

    Basketball Basics for the Youngest Hoopers
    Little Ballers is a playful introduction to basketball for kids ages 3–6. We focus on coordination, movement, teamwork, and fun—all while introducing basic basketball skills through games and interactive activities.

  • The Kids Corner

    A Safe, Imaginative Space for Kids to Play While You Train
    We know parents are balancing a lot—which is why our gym features a unique Kids Corner designed to keep little ones active and entertained. The space includes a rock climbing wall, indoor play structure, and soon-to-come sensory wall and reading corner. It's the perfect space for kids to explore while parents focus on fitness.

  • 2v2 & 3v3 Youth Basketball Tournaments

    Competitive Fun to Put Skills Into Action
    Our 2v2 and 3v3 tournaments are designed to give young athletes an opportunity to apply their skills in a fast-paced, competitive, and fun environment. These small-sided games encourage more touches, better spacing, and greater decision-making opportunities for players at all levels. Tournaments will be age-specific and run throughout the year—perfect for players looking to challenge themselves, compete, and grow their game.

  • Nutrition Coaching

    Whether you're fueling for performance, aiming for body composition goals, or just trying to feel better day-to-day, our personalized nutrition coaching meets you where you’re at. We help you build sustainable habits around food—no crash diets, no shame. Just real, practical guidance tailored to your lifestyle and goals. It’s not about eating “perfectly,” it’s about learning what works best for you.

  • Online Fitness Coaching & Programming

    Can’t make it to the gym? Prefer to train on your own time? We’ve got you. Our online coaching gives you customized fitness programming delivered straight to your phone through our easy-to-use app. Each plan is built around your goals, your schedule, and your equipment access. Plus, you’ll still have direct access to your coach for feedback, accountability, and support along the way.
