  • Customized Weekly Workouts Through the Gym X App: Tailored to your goals, schedule, equipment, and fitness level.

  • Video Demos: Every exercise includes a demo video.

  • Progress Tracking: Log workouts, monitor PRs, and see your progress in real time.

  • Weekly Check-Ins & Feedback: Weekly check-ins by text message - 3x per week

How It Works:

  1. Initial Consult Call: We'll talk through your goals, injury history, preferences, and lifestyle.

  2. Onboarding in the App: You’ll get access to our coaching platform and walk through how to use it.

  3. Get Your Program: You’ll receive your personalized training plan— with full access to your coach for questions or adjustments.

  4. Train + Communicate: Log your workouts, check in regularly, and let’s crush your goals — together.

Payment is made on a monthly basis, but we do suggest you commit to the program for at least three months as new habits generally take 8-12 weeks to implement and to see benefits.
