Kristina Williams
OWNER & HEAD OF BASKETBALL DEVELOPMENT
Kristina Williams is the Head Basketball Development Coach at Gym X, bringing over a decade of experience in basketball coaching, athletic performance, and strength & conditioning. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a former All-American basketball player at Lewis & Clark College.Following her playing career, Kristina spent seven years coaching college basketball, including three years as Head Coach at Lewis & Clark College, where she led all aspects of athlete development, performance training, and team leadership. She holds a Master’s degree in Exercise & Sport Studies from Smith College, grounding her coaching in both experience and evidence-based practice.
Kristina has worked with athletes across a wide range of ages and levels, specializing in basketball skill development, basketball-specific strength training, injury prevention, and sport-specific conditioning. Locally in Bend, she has trained athletes individually and in small groups, worked within the high school youth programs and Three Peaks Basketball Club, and served as a Camp Director for US Sports Camps basketball programs for six years.
At Gym X, Kristina leads the basketball development pathway — combining traditional skill work with performance training to help athletes move better, stay healthy, and prepare for the demands of their season and the next level.

Cora Williams
OWNER & LEAD STRENGTH & PERFORMANCE COACH
Cora Williams is the Head Strength & Performance Coach at Gym X, bringing over 13 years of experience in strength training, athletic development, and injury prevention. A former collegiate volleyball athlete, Cora’s background spans multiple training environments, all grounded in helping athletes build durable, confident bodies.Her coaching experience includes CrossFit, personal training, and nutrition coaching, with a strong emphasis on proper movement mechanics, and long-term athlete development. Cora works with youth, teen, and adult athletes, focusing on strength, resilience, and movement quality that supports both sport performance and lifelong fitness.
Outside the gym, Cora continues to challenge herself through mountain biking, trail running, and endurance events, including completing her first ultra trail running race. She believes fitness is more than training sessions — it’s about developing a strong body, a strong mindset, and a connected community.
At Gym X, Cora plays a key role in building the strength and performance foundation that supports humans at every stage of their lives.

ELI CAMPBELL
HEAD STRENGTH & PERFORMANCE COACH
Eli is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and an NASM Certified Personal Trainer. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of Idaho and completed his Physical Therapist Assistant program at Casa Loma College, in Los Angeles. With a background in competitive basketball and soccer, Eli brings firsthand experience with athletic performance, injury prevention, and rehabilitation into his training approach. He is passionate about helping clients build strength, move better, and stay active long term. In his free time, Eli enjoys playing golf, running trails, and watching sports.Education & Certifications

IAN GAEKWAD
BASKETBALL DEVELOPMENT COACH
Ian brings high-level playing and coaching experience to Gym X. A graduate of Lakeridge High School, Ian grew up training in a competitive basketball environment alongside players like Payton Pritchard, developing within a culture that emphasized skill, basketball IQ, and daily work habits. He later graduated from Oregon State University, further strengthening his leadership and team development foundation.
Ian has coached within the Lakeridge High School and youth programs and currently serves as Summit High School’s Freshman Boys Coach and Varsity Assistant. His approach centers on structured development, disciplined fundamentals, and building confident athletes who understand how to compete the right way.
At Gym X, Ian leads the Weekend Basketball Training Academy and plays a key role within the broader Gym X basketball development system, working closely alongside Kristina to build a consistent pathway for young athletes in Bend.
