Join us for a 50-minute group fitness class designed specifically for moms looking to rebuild strength, improve posture, and feel confident in their bodies again — all in a supportive, judgment-free environment. Whether you're newly postpartum or a few years into motherhood, this class focuses on core strength, stability, and functional movement to prepare you for the physical demands of mom life (hello, lifting toddlers!).
Bring your little ones along — kids can join in with kid-friendly movement or play in our dedicated Kid Zone, complete with a climbing wall, play structure, and reading corner. You’ll be able to keep an eye on them while getting in your own workout.

To sign up, start by buying a package befow. 5-pack for $125 or 10-pack for $230.
After payment, we will reach out to you with the class booking link. You will need to reserve your spot for each class you plan to attend. Cancelations within 24 hours of class time will be charged for one class. If you ever need the class booking link again, just reach out!

A: We get it — you’re a mom first! You’re free to step away as needed. This is a flexible and supportive environment where your little ones are always welcome.
