Little Movers (AGES 3-6)
Class Description:
Little Movers is a playful 5-week fitness series designed for kids aged 3-6. Each class focuses on improving body awareness, coordination, balance, and social skills through fun activities like obstacle courses, animal walks, relay races, games, and more!What to Expect:
Structured warm-ups and cool-downs
Games that build motor skills and encourage group play
Introduction to basic movement patterns like jumping, crawling, balancing, and running
Music, imagination, and lots of high-fives

Power Play (ages 7-11)
Class Description:
Power Play is our summer fitness series for active kids and youth athletes. This 5-week program focuses on strength, speed, coordination, and agility through age-appropriate workouts and games. Kids will learn how to move better, improve sprinting mechanics, and develop proper form in foundational movements like squats, lunges, planks, and more—all in a supportive and energetic environment.What to Expect:
Dynamic warm-ups and skill-based stations
Sprint drills and games that teach speed, balance, and reaction
Bodyweight strength exercises with coaching on form and technique
Team-based challenges and fun competitions
Confidence-building through movement mastery

FAQs
What should my child wear?
Comfortable athletic clothing and sneakers. Water bottle encouraged.
Do I need to stay on-site?
Parents of kids in Little Movers (ages 3–6) must remain on site. For Power Play, you’re welcome to stay or drop off and pick up.
What if we miss a class?
We don’t offer formal make-up classes, but we’ve intentionally priced the series with the understanding that some families may only be able to attend 4 out of the 5 sessions. We get that summer is busy, and we’ve built in flexibility while still keeping class sizes small and impactful.
How many kids are in each class?
We cap classes at 10 for Little Movers and for Power Play to ensure personal attention and safety.
Who coaches the classes?
All sessions are led by Gym X owners Cora and Kristina—experienced, certified coaches with backgrounds in youth fitness, strength training, and athletics. Your kids will be in great hands with energetic, encouraging instruction tailored to their age and skill level.
