Summer Kids Fitness Series at Gym X: Power Play (ages 7-11)

This summer, Gym X is offering a fun and engaging fitness series designed just for kids! Our age-based classes help young athletes build body awareness, coordination, and foundational strength—all through movement and play. Whether your child is brand new to exercise or already active in sports, this series will support their development in a safe, positive, and high-energy environment.

Class Details:

  • Duration: 5-week session (1x/week)

  • Start Date: June 16th, 2025

  • Time: 10:00-10:50am

  • Location: Gym X Bend, 2185 NE 2nd Street, Bend OR

  • Cost: $100

Group 2: Strong & Fast (Ages 7–11)

Designed for our growing youth athletes, this class focuses on sprint technique, bodyweight strength, core control, agility, and proper form for foundational movements like squats and planks. Sessions are active, educational, and fun—perfect for kids who love to move!
Class Length: 50 minutes

  • Learn proper form in sprinting and basic exercises

  • Have fun in a supportive, small-group environment

Space is limited to keep group sizes small and personalized.
