Strength + Stamina is our adult group training class built to help you get stronger, improve conditioning, and train with purpose in a coached small group environment.

Each class is designed to challenge you without losing structure. Whether you’re getting back into training, looking for more accountability, or simply want a strong place to train, this class is built to meet you there.

8 Classes Per Month

Unlimited Classes

Best for adults who want to train more often and make fitness a regular part of their week.
