How we train
Traditional skill work + the Constraints-Led Approach
Every athlete needs reps — but athletes also need real-game problem solving.
So we blend:
technical work (footwork, shooting mechanics, finishing, ball handling), and
game-like constraints (small-sided games + guided defense)
