How we train

Traditional skill work + the Constraints-Led Approach

Every athlete needs reps — but athletes also need real-game problem solving.
So we blend:

  • technical work (footwork, shooting mechanics, finishing, ball handling), and

  • game-like constraints (small-sided games + guided defense)

This helps athletes develop:

  • confidence under pressure

  • better reads and decisions

  • stronger pace control

  • creativity without losing fundamentals

Groups are capped to protect coaching quality.
We will close enrollment once groups are full.
